Noel has been dedicated to helping people achieve their optimal physical and mental health for over 20 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaii in 2001, and afterwards received a Master’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. Noel decided to pursue her passion in holistic medicine, specifically exploring the mind-body connection, and continued her education at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Noel received a Master's of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine and a completed her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) in 2016. She is board certified by the state of California and Hawaii. She is also board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Noel’s specialties include pain management, orthopedic and sports injury , preventative medicine, oncology, and mental health. Her practice combines acupuncture with other modalities including cupping, Gua Sha, Tui Na, and Seitai Shiatsu.

Noel also practices and teaches Chinese Martial Arts, including Wu Shu, Taiji (Tai Chi) and Qigong. She is a certified Master Qi gong and Tai Chi instructor (ATCQA). Noel is an award-winning competitor in Taiji and Wu Shu.
