              Bio – Bob Ogilvy, M.A.

Bob Ogilvy is a professional coach, consultant, trainer and facilitator, using his background in clinical psychology and healthcare leadership to inform his work as a clinician educator and organizational development specialist. His primary focus since 2014 has been training providers to be peer coaches and improve both patient experience and clinician wellness outcomes.

He first entered healthcare in 2005 as an operations director for Kaiser Permanente’s largest medical center, opening a 390-bed tertiary care hospital in 2009; before transitioning to external consulting and raising the clinical bar for multiple medical groups across the country.

For the past six years he has functioned as an internal consultant for HealthCare Partners (Optum Care), recently accepting a role as Program Manager for Patient Satisfaction in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In his spare time, he sees as much of the country as possible from the saddle of a 35 year-old Harley Davidson.
