Dr. Lloyd Kuritsky is Medical Director for Population Health at Sharp Community Medical Group.  He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and practiced Internal Medicine at Grossmont Medical Clinic starting in 1992.  He became involved in administrative efforts with SCMG over 10 years ago. He has been involved in charting SCMG’s strategy for improved performance in quality measures, coordinates SCMG’s population health efforts, and works closely with SCMG’s Practice Transformation team.  Additionally, Dr. Kuritsky assists in the education of physicians related to documentation and coding.  Starting several years ago, he began to lead the Advance Care Planning Task Force, a collaborative effort between the medical groups at Sharp Healthcare.
