Overview
Discussion of stoke care guidelines and their implementation in specific cases.  Focus on opportunities for improvement and improving the treatment times and management of stroke patients.

Objectives
Following this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Analyze current stroke cases for opportunities for improved patient care
  2. Prioritize opportunities for improvement to eliminate preventable negative patient outcomes
  3. Improve clinical care for stroke patients by implementing the latest stroke guidelines and protocols

LMFT/LCSWLPCC/LEP:  Sharp HealthCare is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists to sponsor continuing education for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs and LEPs (Provider number:  130750).  Sharp HealthCare maintains responsibility for this program/course and its content.  Course meets the qualifications for 0.00 hour of continuing education credit for LMFTs. LCSWs, LPCCs and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.  For LMFT/LCSWLPCC/LEP disciplines, course completion certificates will be emailed to the email address provided on course sign-in sheet within 10 business days.

Lab Credit:  Sharp HealthCare Pathology will provide 0.0 CEUs for laboratory employees who sign in on the lab attendance form, attend the entire conference and submit a completed lab program evaluation.  Partial credit will not be awarded.
