Accreditation: Sharp HealthCare is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CME Credit: Sharp HealthCare designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Physicians should only claim the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 15.5 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.  Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity.  It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Please note there will be an additional charge of $40 per person plus tax per night charge for more than 2 persons in any room, with a maximum of 4 persons per room.  No charge for children 17 years of age and younger staying in the same room with parents utilizing existing bedding.  Overnight valet parking is $30 per car, per round trip, self-parking is complimentary.
