SGH GR: Responsible Prescribing of Benzodiazepines and How to Taper

Psychiatrist-led discussion on the proper use of benzodiazepines and recommendations for safe tapering from these medications.

1. List the reasons why long-term benzodiazepine prescribing is below standard of care
2. Employ a range of techniques for discussing benzodiazepines with patients
3. Summarize the process for tapering benzodiazepines safely and comfortably with patients
