SGH Hospitalist & Intensivist Case Conference 2024 - 3/27/2024

This educational activity reviews current cases in a multi-disciplinary setting. Management and treatment options are discussed to improve patient care.

1. Discuss current best practice for hospital-based patient care via current clinical cases
2. Identify opportunities for improvement and best practice implementation for future patients
3. Improve communication with non- hospital-based physicians for improved patient care to include emergency department physicians, specialists and other relevant providers

Accreditation:  Sharp HealthCare is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
