This educational activity will present on wide range of topics relevant for physicians and other healthcare providers focused on Cardiac intervention, Cardiac prevention Cardiac guideline and directed management

1. List the pathophysiological mechanisms by which diabetes contributes to the development and progression of cardiovascular disease, including the roles of hyperglycemia, endothelial dysfunction, and chronic inflammation
2. Identify the primary risk factors for cardiovascular disease in patients with diabetes, recognize the importance of regular screening, and apply relevant guidelines to detect early signs of heart disease in this population
3. Review evidence-based management plans that include lifestyle modifications, pharmacological interventions, and patient education to effectively reduce cardiovascular risk in patients with diabetes
4. Review current guidelines and evidence-based practices for the treatment of cardiovascular disease in diabetic patients, including the use of antidiabetic agents with cardiovascular benefits, antihypertensive therapies, and lipid-lowering treatments
