SMH Advanced Heart Failure, Transplant and MCS Selection Committee - 2022 - 9/15/2022

This educational activity will present on wide range of topics relevant for physicians and other healthcare providers focused on cardiology and other related topics.

1. Examine evidence-based diagnosis, treatment and management strategies for transplant patients based on clinical guidelines
2. Discuss evidence-based recommendations and guidelines for transplant patient care
3. Describe effective team communication strategies that support the desired patient outcomes following a organ transplant
