Introduces learner to basic concepts of Lean Six Sigma (LSS).  Specific areas of emphasis include an introduction to continuous process improvement and the lean six sigma belt designation program, analyzing waste, daily problem-solving steps (A3 process) and facilitating efficient meetings.Target audience:  Sharp-affiliated physicians.  All Sharp employees should complete the modules using Workday.
