Overview

Sharp HealthCare's 20th Annual Patient Safety Do No Harm Conference will focus on achieving optimal patient safety.  This year's faculty will be focusing on the equity imperative, rethinking healthcare delivery for all. 
This year’s conference will be held in-person at the Sharp Prebys Innovation and Education Center and virtually.  You may sign up for either one.  Attendees participating in-person will have the opportunity to sign-up onsite to participate in the Simulation Lab Escape Room activities following the conference.

Accreditation

Accreditation:  Sharp HealthCare is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CME Credit:  Sharp HealthCare designates this Live Activity for a maximum of 3.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s).  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

Nurse Credit:  The California Board of Registered Nursing recognizes the use of Category 1 Continuing Medical Education credit toward credit contact hours.  3.50 AMA PRA Category 1 credit = 3.50 contact hour(s). Report "ACCME Category 1 Credit" as BRN number.  No BRN slip will be given.  Participants must attend the entire conference to receive continuing education credits.

ABIM MOC Credit:  Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 3.50 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
